Events

Our drop-in centre called The Venue is open three times a week 15:30-17:30 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday throughout the year including school holidays. We don't open on any bank holiday day or the week between Christmas and New Year.

Please check our social media Facebook and Instagram pages if in any doubt. We will post a notice if we suddenly need to change anything or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances like severe bad weather or a shortage of staff or volunteers.

In addition to The Venue running throughout the year we host special one-off events or themed workshops generally in the school/college holidays. If we have any planned in the coming month or so these will be listed below.

 

We ask young people to sign up for these one-off events to reserve your place so that we can manage the workshop better. You will normally be asked if you have any special needs, allergies or dietary requirements, as well as an emergency contact number just in case. These workshops and special events often have limited places and signing up helps us to manage numbers safely, arrange resources and avoids disappointment if there are not enough spare places.
