Over two months ago, we welcomed Chloe to The Gap as our newest youth worker — and already she’s made a real impact.

Currently in her third year of studying Youth and Communities Work, Chloe brings both fresh ideas and a strong commitment to supporting young people. Since joining, she’s been busy getting to know our young people, helping run activities, and creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued. Throughout her studies, she’s gained experience supporting young people in different settings and is especially keen on helping them grow in confidence, explore their interests, and feel connected within their community.

Her passion for community work shines through, and she’s already building great relationships with the young people who come through our doors. Chloe says she’s loved the chance to put her studies into practice and feels excited to keep learning alongside the team here at The Gap and creating a safe space for young people to come to. She is also looking forward to doing some more out There work and meeting many more young people.
