Chloe Botterill

"I’m the Youth Worker at The Gap Midlands, and I’m passionate about supporting and empowering young people to reach their full potential. I graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Youth Work and Communities, with JNC recognition, and I’m proud to bring both my academic knowledge and practical experience into my role. 

I have over seven years of hands-on experience supporting, mentoring, and empowering young people. My journey in youth work began as a volunteer, and over the years I progressed into a Lead Youth Worker role, where I had the privilege of leading sessions, planning youth programmes, and advocating for young people’s voices within the community. 

What drives me most is creating safe, inclusive, and welcoming spaces where young people feel valued, heard, and able to be themselves. I’m passionate about building positive relationships, supporting young people to develop their confidence and skills, and helping them recognise and achieve their potential. I’m excited to continue developing as a youth worker and to contribute to the positive difference The Gap makes in the lives of young people and the wider community."
