Lynda West-Mullen

Lynda joined in 2011 and is our External Supervisor.

Being the wife of David, Lynda has been part of the Gap since 2011, working quietly in the background, establishing policies and building up safeguarding as well as acting as Supervision lead for the many volunteers and staff The Gap has had over the years. She was instrumental in producing the Gap Manual of policies, procedures and forms and in recent years took on the role of External Designated Safeguarding Lead. She loves the work she does and all these years later she remains a firm believer in the work of The Gap.
